The day before a race is similar to packing for a trip. I even plan to really tidy up my house before I go to bed tonight. It’s that serious to me, and the first thing I want to do is ice bath (if I’m seriously sore), shower, eat, and go to bed.
I am doing the half marathon tomorrow. If everything goes my way, I will average a 10:30 per mile pace or faster. It’s gonna be fun!
