I want to transition into becoming a morning runner. But the problem is putting this want into action. Lifestyle changes related to fitness are tedious for me. I don’t feel like running after work now that it gets dark earlier and it is about to be winter. The idea of me getting up early simply hurts. You know how some people say it take a few weeks to form a new habit? Well, it took me a YEAR to run regularly (when training for a marathon). I have asked a few people how they do it, and they mostly include coffee, going to bed early, and the feeling of accomplishment somewhere in that conversation.
